A minimum of 50% (non-refundable) deposit of the total cost to be made to book date(s)
-Balance must be paid 3 weeks/ 1 week before the day of the event.

Payments made are not refundable.
-Change of date can only be made 2 months before the event.Any change of dte
without consultation will result in a fine of GHC500 . 

For travel outside Accra : accomodtion ,food and transportation is borne by client
-Payment of Deposit is regarded as acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions stated above

We (Media team) retain copyright of thr files and can hereby post on our social media
-However insisting we do not post contents of your event on our social media platforms
 will attract addiotonal 20% of the total package as full copyright fee.

All packages are alocated with number of working hours.
-Additional hour or post calls for additional charge. ( GHC 1500)
